Who it's forFor factories & plants
Train your plant team without stopping the line
Technicians, planners and supervisors practise breakdowns, safety procedures and planning in a simulated plant. No downtime, no risk, and a clear record of who is ready.

On a Monday
A new maintenance technician starts. Before touching a real machine, they diagnose a stopped press in 3D, lock out the line in the right order and write the work order. Their supervisor sees every step, including the one shortcut the simulation refused.
How it works
Every exercise follows the same rhythm as the real job: a problem arrives, you investigate, you act, and the simulated company responds.
- 01
Choose the training
Maintenance, safety procedures, planning, plant orientation.
- 02
People practise
On any computer, without taking a machine or a line out of production.
- 03
Unsafe steps are refused
And recorded, so supervisors see who needs coaching.
- 04
Add your procedures
Turn your own written procedures into exercises.
What you practise
Concrete tasks taken from the exercises on this page. Each one is done with real data, under real constraints, inside the same simulated company.
- T01
Breakdown diagnosis
Find faults from machine signals and history.
- T02
Lockout/tagout
The safe order of steps, every time.
- T03
Production planning
Schedules, materials and capacity.
- T04
Disruptions
Late suppliers and machine failures with customer orders at risk.
What your organisation gets
Evidence, not attendance.
- 01
No production downtime
Training doesn't take machines or people off the line.
- 02
Safer first weeks
New starters have practised the procedures before the floor.
- 03
Clear readiness
Supervisors see what each person did, step by step.
The tools you work with
Working tools, not screenshots. They read the same live data as the rest of the simulated company, and what you change in one shows up in the others.
- 01
Machine data
Vibration, temperature, cycle time and throughput per work centre, over time.
- 02
Work orders
Work orders, repair history, spare parts and who is assigned to what.
- 03
Master schedule
Build the weekly schedule and see what can still be promised to customers.
- 04
Material planning
Explode the bill of materials, net it against stock and release orders.
- 05
Bill of materials
Walk the product structure level by level and see where each part is used.
- 06
Capacity
Load against available hours per work centre, with overtime and offload options.
- 07
Job sequencing
Order released jobs by rule or by hand and compare how late each plan runs.
- 08
Operations report
Results by period, traced back to the decisions that moved them.
Six levels, one exercise
Teachers and trainers choose how much help each person gets. The exercise stays the same; only the guidance and the grading change.
- L1
Watch it done
The exercise solved step by step, with what each step changed.

What every attempt leaves behind
Judge the work, not a quiz score. Every attempt is recorded as it happens, so you can see how someone worked, not only where they ended up.
Every action, in order
What was checked, who was asked, what was changed and when. Nothing is overwritten.
Scores by skill
Each exercise scores the skills it was built to test, from what was actually done.
Weak habits, flagged
Poor patterns in how the work was done are flagged, not only wrong final answers.
A replay of the attempt
Step through the session as it happened, with typed personal details masked.

Does it model our own plant?
Not yet. Exercises use a realistic simulated plant today. Your own procedures can already be turned into exercises, and modelling your site is on the roadmap.
Does it replace safety certification?
No. It makes practice possible between formal trainings, so the steps become habit.
What hardware do we need?
Standard computers with a web browser. No headsets or special equipment.
