Most organisations start with a pilot: one course or one team. Request a pilot

Who it's forFor universities & instructors

Give students real work to do, and grade what they actually did

Your students step into a simulated company and do the job your course is about. You choose the exercises, they practise, and you see every decision they made, not just a final answer.

In a production planning course

Week 6 covers MRP. Students run MRP for a simulated manufacturer with a real customer order and a short component. You open the results: most protected the order, but a third ordered too late. You replay one attempt in class and the lesson lands.

01

How it works

Every exercise follows the same rhythm as the real job: a problem arrives, you investigate, you act, and the simulated company responds.

  1. 01

    Set up your course

Pick exercises that match your syllabus from a ready-made library, or write your own.

  2. 02

    Invite your students

They join your course and practise in class or at home, in a web browser.

  3. 03

    See the results

Skill scores, flagged mistakes and a step-by-step replay of any attempt.

  4. 04

    Assess fairly

Run exercises as exams: same situation for everyone, no hints, AI help off.

02

What you practise

Concrete tasks taken from the exercises on this page. Each one is done with real data, under real constraints, inside the same simulated company.

  • T01

    Industrial engineering and operations

Forecasting, S&OP, MPS, MRP, capacity, scheduling, lean.

  • T02

    Maintenance and reliability

    3D diagnosis with lockout/tagout.

  • T03

    Computer science and IT

    Incident response, releases, security operations.

  • T04

    Finance and law

Treasury and corporate finance; deadlines, notices and contracts.

What your organisation gets

Evidence, not attendance.

  1. 01

    Learning by doing, at scale

Every student gets hands-on practice, not just the ones who find an internship.

  2. 02

    Grading you can defend

A complete record behind every grade, and the same situation for everyone.

  3. 03

    Your own exercises

Describe a procedure or upload notes; AI drafts an exercise for you to review and publish, in English or French.

  4. 04

    Your own space

Your institution gets its own private area for its courses, staff and students.

03

The tools you work with

Working tools, not screenshots. They read the same live data as the rest of the simulated company, and what you change in one shows up in the others.

  • 01

    Forecasting

Compare forecasting methods, tune them, read the error and publish one.

  • 02

    Material planning

Explode the bill of materials, net it against stock and release orders.

  • 03

    Work orders

Work orders, repair history, spare parts and who is assigned to what.

  • 04

    Incident console

The live state of services and hosts during an outage, with the runbook actions.

  • 05

    Security alerts

Alerts, accounts, endpoints and signs of compromise in one view.

  • 06

    13-week cash forecast

Where cash dips below the minimum, and what the lender's covenant test will say.

  • 07

    Legal research

The matter's library of authorities, searchable, with what each one supports.

  • 08

    Contract drafting

The draft clause by clause, the alternatives, the client's instructions and drafting checks.

04

Six levels, one exercise

Teachers and trainers choose how much help each person gets. The exercise stays the same; only the guidance and the grading change.

  1. L1

    Watch it done

The exercise solved step by step, with what each step changed.

What every attempt leaves behind

Judge the work, not a quiz score. Every attempt is recorded as it happens, so you can see how someone worked, not only where they ended up.

  • Every action, in order

What was checked, who was asked, what was changed and when. Nothing is overwritten.

  • Scores by skill

Each exercise scores the skills it was built to test, from what was actually done.

  • Weak habits, flagged

Poor patterns in how the work was done are flagged, not only wrong final answers.

  • A replay of the attempt

Step through the session as it happened, with typed personal details masked.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Planning a pilot? See how a pilot runs.

Which courses does it suit?

Production planning and control, operations management, supply chain, maintenance, IT operations, cybersecurity, corporate finance and contract law, among others.

How do we start?

With a pilot: one course, one term. We help you choose exercises and set it up.

Can I see what a student did, not just the score?

Yes. You can replay any attempt step by step: what they opened, who they asked, what they changed.

What about student data?

Each institution's data stays in its own area. Replays mask typed input, and the legal centre covers privacy, KVKK and data processing.
